Host Ellery McCardle gets insight from Hmong chef Yia Vang. He's making a name for himself in the culinary world, on the heels of his new restaurant Vinai. Yang talks about being born in a refugee camp in Thailand, moving to Minnesota and the struggles of embracing his Hmong culture.
